We want you to be happy with your order and will do everything we can to give you a quality product with a quick turnaround time. Here are some order facts:
Turnaround Times
Our normal turnaround time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) from the time we receive the order until the time we ship. Our shipping point is on the East Coast. Orders need to be placed by 11:00am EST to get same-day shipping.
Minimum Order
There is a $50 minimum order level.
Freight and Postage
We ship via UPS. When you check out you have an option to see the actual freight rate depending on your area and the weight of the package. We can ship via Ground or any of the faster Overnight services. The price of the item does not include any freight or postage. Many companies offer "free" freight in the continental US. Our everyday low prices are still lower than competitors even if you factor in a few dollars of ground freight.
Payment
You can take all forms of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When you are complete with your order and go to Checkout you will be allowed it use your credit card to pay for the purchase.
We do not ship COD. We only give credit terms to large corporations, schools, government agencies and institutions upon credit approval and with an authorized purchase order. Contact us for more details.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact customerservice@tprintproducts.com for details and return authorization.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Warranty
There is no warranty or implication of a warranty on this product. T-Print Products/Standard Coating Corporation will replace any product shown to be defective but at no time shall T-Print Products/Standard Coating Corporation or any of its affiliates, dealers or agents be responsible for the loss of imprinted product(s), income, expenses or other costs that might occur. Sellers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product deemed to be defective. The degree of ink print brightness is a product of proper pretreatment (if necessary), the quality of the printing machine (all nozzles firing), correct print resolution, and number of head passes, etc. Wash tests must be performed and user must determine the suitability of this product for commercial application.
