Proper maintenance and keeping the capping station and parts clean are key to having a happy DTG machine. We call our cleaning fluid Night Cap because that is what it does best. Put a few drops of this on the capping station before you tuck your machine away for the night and it will sleep sound and the head will remain moist and open. This fluid obvously is also used to clean the lines, flush out excess ink and to replace the ink in the bulk system if your machine is going to be idle for long periods of time.
